1.        Minimum Age and Driving License Duration:
The renter must be at least 23 years old and have helda valid driving license for at least 3 years .

2.        Required Documents

•        Valid passport or ID card

•        Internationally valid driver's license

•        Visa or entry stamp

•        Employee card for airline staff (for discounted rentals)

3.        Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours) . Hourly rentals are not available. Exceeding this period is subject to an extra charge.

4.        Deposit A ​​security deposit
is required for all rentals. This amount is blocked on your credit card and will be refunded within 21 business days if the vehicle is undamaged.

5.        Mileage Limit:
There is a daily mileage limit. An additional fee will be charged if this limit is exceeded. Details are specified in the contract.

6.        Insurance:
Our vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance . In case of accidents, it is mandatory to file a police report in accordance with the law. Otherwise, the insurance may be considered invalid.

7.        Delivery and Return
Vehicles can be delivered to and from the desired address. Delivery and return times must be specified in advance.

8.        Prohibited Uses:
Vehicles may not be used for racing, off-road driving, illegal activities, or for renting to other persons.

9.        Traffic Fines and Damages:
Traffic fines incurred during the rental period and damages caused by user error are the responsibility of the renter.

10.    Cancellation and Refund
Reservation cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the delivery time. Otherwise, the prepayment will not be refunded.
