No refunds will be given for cancellations , however, the booking date can be changed at the customer's request.
Delayed Deliveries / User Failure to Show Up
If the renter does not pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time and has not been notified in advance, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be given.
Delivery times may be updated if delays are notified in advance.
Partial Refunds
If the renter wishes to return the vehicle early during the rental period, no refund will be given for the remaining days .
Potential Vehicle Compatibility Issues
In case of breakdown, accident, or technical problem, another vehicle in a similar segment will be provided free of charge .
Refund Period
Approved refunds are processed via the payment method used for the transaction and are completed within 7–21 business days .
